They have good Service and treat you really well. If they accidentally mess up your order, they remake it for free. Love it
I never get what I order. Tonight I even checked inside the sack and the packaging was right, including my receipt, but when I got home, which is 7 miles and opened my buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich box, it was a hamburger with mayo and lettuce. A couple months ago, I got a Big Mac with no meat. I'm not the only one this happens to.
Its OK food but some of the time its not fresh and not fully cooked.
You get the correct order about 75% of the time. This is has improved a lot. It use to be about 40%. I will say the French fries are almost always cold, greasy and limp. I always ask them to make them fresh and sometimes they do.
