Brought my '16 Ram 2500 in for a warranty work appointment. Couldn't be less satisfied with the experience. I've had this service department fail me in the past, but only in a minor way that did not outweigh the positives of the experience at the time, it was just a skid plate not being completely reattached after an oil change on my F150, easy fix. This warranty appointment was different.
The sales people there were awesome, I enjoyed the auto Purchasing experience. I would most definitely buy another vehicle from them
And last but far from least, after taking the key to my truck and walking out to it I decided to take a peek at the right front undercarriage. A brand new upper ball joint! Good deal! A lower ball joint with the nut only hanging on by a few threads and a half inch or more from being tight... Scary deal! The manager had my truck back in and remedied in less than 20 minutes, but if I were not capable of looking under the truck myself who knows what would have happened down the road.
When I asked about getting replacement tires due to a bad ball joint and premature wear, I was greeted with completely vague answers and a lack of motivation to help. Honestly though, I didn't have my hopes up that this would work out in my favor... should have inquired about this at a larger dealership.
Everyone has their own mechanic horror story and I get that, but I won't be doing business here again.
I did not receive a phone call letting me know my truck was ready to go after completion of the work.
