I'm going to be honest, I practically grew up in this restaurant. My grandma used to live right beside it, so I was there every day in the summer playing with the owner's kids. I've only seen the back a few times (usually following one of the owner's kids to a side room to fetch something), but it's always been immaculately clean. Their mother really works to keep the entire restaurant clean, but it's nice to know that the food preparation areas are that way too. I've never seen any piles of dirty dishes, but I think that their mother washes them between customers. The owners themselves are just the sweetest people. You never EVER have to worry about them talking badly about customers. They just aren't those type of people. Their food is always fresh, and (in my opinion) always very, very good. Their crab rangoons are divine, and I've never tasted their like anywhere else. They're always willing to spice up a dish for you if you want. Typically they won't do it unless asked, so make sure to say something while paying or your food may come out a bit too bland for your taste, since most of the people in town don't like really strong flavors/spices.

This is not a buffet, all the menu items are cooked right when you order, so the food is extremely fresh and has not been sitting around all day, like food does at a buffet. Each menu item is cooked to order and the flavors are exquisite!
I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! It is a Mom & Pop restaurant so it's small and isn't fancy, but it's clean, the food is really good, they're always pretty quick with orders, and it's very decently priced!
As this is a restaurant, the food should stand alone when it comes to ratings; and it does quite well. Everything is made fresh to order, nothing left to bake to death under heat lamps or on steam tables. Only rated this a 4/5 due to the fact that as often as I eat here, the food is sometimes inconsistent, particularly the hot and sour soup. For an overall experience, I would rate this restaurant as 7/10 in the realm of Chinese restaurants. The food is fresh, the staff are friendly and it is always prepared quickly. The downsides are the building itself is hard to spot from the road, and looks like a real dive. The inside of the building smells slightly of machine oil from the local factories, and is dated. All things considered however, it is definitely a good choice to try if you are in the area.

I'm really not sure what one reviewer was smelling when they said that it smelled like machine oil... I've never smelled that in there, and I frequent this restaurant often. There are factories a few miles away, but it's possible that a customer left some sort of oily smell behind? Not sure.
